HUMAN TALENT


In the Human Talent department, we are in charge of creating strategies for the recruitment, training and development of GB Advisors' professionals.

LEGAL


The Legal Department is responsible for providing legal services and advice to the organization, its divisions, and employees.

MARKETING


We have a creative team that includes event planners and designers, as well as statisticians and analysts. Our main objective is to ensure that all the information we publish effectively reaches our "Potential Clients".

We develop branded materials, tell interesting stories, provide valuable content and address complex business issues. Together, we define how people interact with the organization.

COMMERCIAL


The main objective of the Commercial team is to detect the real needs of customers in order to provide them with those GB Advisors products and services that best suit their requirements.

The sales representatives, together with the technical service team and the project management team work directly with customers to fulfill their demands and lead them to success.

IT SERVICES


Our team is dedicated to providing GB Advisors' clients and users with support for software implementation, functionalities improvements, and process automation.

STANDARDS (PROCESS & AUDIT)


The standards department is in charge of controlling, updating and reviewing all documents related to GB Advisors' processes. This includes SOPs, templates, references, email communications, forms, workflows, among others.

HOW IS OUR RECRUITMENT

PROCESS?

Once you apply, we will verify that your resume fits the profile for the job, if so, we will invite you to participate in the selection process.

Then you will receive an email with our invitation to start the pre-selection phase. This includes an online evaluation of your English level (essential), and a set of tests that will allow us to discover your professional potential.

After this process we will invite you to participate in the interviews, all of which are 100% online
