Our tone of voice is friendly, trustworthy, empathetic, humble, service-oriented. And our language is simple, close, and personal. We make difficult things look easy.Our internal and external communications have a close tone, with a good balance of cheerfulness and professionalism. We use the second-person pronoun (you). Also, we speak as a team, which is why we use the first-person plural pronoun (we).
